Introduction into Socialisation and Training

Early socialisation has been shown to be pivotal in helping your dog’s behaviour, allowing them to interact better with other dogs, people, and in different situtations.

A well socialised dog has better behaviour, allowing you and your family to have a lot more fun with your newest member of the family.

Puppy Preschool, run by our Vet Nurse Jen, who is also a dog trainer, is a brilliant first step for your dog to become socialised. It’s fun, and you get some great pointers on behaviour training, toilet training and lots of health issues you’ll encounter as a new dog owner. What’s more, your pup will learn that visiting our clinic is a fun experience.

Even if you’ve owned puppies before, coming in for Puppy Preschool to allow your new dog a chance to interact with other puppies in a safe environment is a great way to have your puppy on the road to good behaviour!
